2 tbsp capers, drained
1tsp fresh dill, for garnish
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice or to taste
1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper, or to taste
1/2 pound pizza dough, prepared or store-bought
1/4 cup red onion, chopped and soaked in cold water for 10 minutes
and drained
6 tbsp reduced-fat sour cream
3 ounces smoked salmon, sliced into strips |

Prepare a charcoal fire o preheat a gas grill
2- Divide pizza dough into serving pieces (2 in original recipe).
Roll each piece into a 1/8 circle inch thick and 6 inches in diametter
3- Place the circles of dough directly on the grill. Cook for
1 minute, until slightly puffed and there are grill marks on the
underside. Turn over to crisp the second side. Remove from the
grill.
4- Spread the grilled crusts with sour cream and top with smoked
salmon, chopped onions, capers and pepper. Drizzle with a little
lemon juice and spinkle with dill. Cut into wedges and serve.
